EVANGELINE LILLY: "DC SE TOMA LOS SUPERHÉROES DEMASIADO EN SERIO"
Comentando como llegó al Universo Marvel, La Avispa aclara que fue el enfoque desenfadado de Marvel el que la atrajo:
“Then Edgar Wright called me.
The only marvel film I’d seen at that time was Iron Man, and I didn’t even know it was a Marvel film. So I was like, I don’t want to do a stupid superhero movie.”
“And Paul Rudd, which makes it even cooler. Who casts Paul Rudd as a superhero? Nobody.
So I was like, I gotta check out these Marvel guys and see what they’re up to, and apparently they were up to really cool ****.”
“How have I missed these guys who are making really cool superheroes who don’t take themselves too seriously."

ANT-MAN & THE WASP SERÁ UNA FIESTA PARA PRESENTAR A LA AVISPA
Peyton Reed parece que se lo pasa bomba introduciendo un nuevo personaje al Universo Marvel:
"I'm just personally excited to get to introduce yet another character into the Marvel Universe"
"After Ant-Man, now we get to see Wasp, so really designing her look, the way she moves, the power set, and figuring out, sort of, who Hope van Dyne is as a hero - because we know her in a certain context in the first movie, but now she's going to have her coming out party - that's exciting!"
Y es que trasladar a un personaje bidimensional de las viñetas de los cómics a la realidad cinematográfica requiere de un gran trabajo de diseño y producción y un montón de decisiones en las que afortunadamente estos chicos no dejan de acertar.

LOS DIRECTORES MARVEL SE BURLAN DE LA VERSIÓN "R" DE BATMAN V SUPERMAN
Os pongo en antecedentes: Tras el éxito de Deadpool a Warner les ha faltado tiempo para anunciar una versión igualmente recomendada para adultos o jóvenes acompañados de Batman V Superman que se lanzará en DVD (creo).
Osea, tenían su película, y ahora van a añadirle más violencia, sangre y unos poquitos insultos para que se parezca más a Deadpool y para que -obviamente- vayan a verla todos los que vieron Deadpool.
¡Justo de lo que nos previno James Gunn!
Pero ha sido Peyton Reed el primero en burlarse del cambio de tono anunciando que ANT-MAN & THE WASP va a ser una película "X", PORNO.
James Gunn, que le ha pillado el chiste, ha sentenciado: "Yo he oído que The Inhumans va a ser una Snuff Movie"...
No nos cabe duda de que Warner ya ha puesto en marcha su maquinaria para superar ambas apuestas...

Creo que todos nos lo pasamos muy bien con Ant-Man, pero ya se sabe que por ahí hay gente para todo, incluso a los que les gusta poner pegas a cada fotograma de una peli. ;-)

PEYTON REED DISPUESTO A EXPLORAR LAS OTRAS IDENTIDADES DE ANT-MAN

It's like, 'Well, what does that mean, exactly?' I think there are a lot of things that we're going to explore in the next one that will explain a lot of that stuff."
I'm excited just for Evangeline [Lily] to actually suit up and become a hero in the movie. I'm also excited about the idea that Ant-Man and the Wasp were a partnership throughout the history of Marvel Comics.
It's a different dynamic than we've seen in the rest of the Marvel movies, an actual partnership. You've got Captain America and the Falcon, obviously.
But this is a thing that in the comics was a romantic partnership and a heroic partnership, so it's going to be fun to play around with that and discover what the movie version of that is.

MICHAEL DOUGLAS, ENTUSIASMADO POR VOLVER A SER HENRY PYM
I just got a call recently – they want to negotiate for a sequel and I thought “That’s great!”
Hopefully, I won’t have to carry quite as much expositional dialogue as the first one but I had a wonderful time doing it. Just a great, great time.
The cast was fantastic. Paul, Evangeline, Michael Pena – I’m sure he’ll be back. If they can scrape Corey Stoll off the wall, I’m sure they’ll want him too – he’s such a good villain. And Peyton too.
It was a lovely experience, so you know, I welcome it.
I chuckle about being involved with a movie that already has a release date in 2018.
Ya know, it’s hard to conceive of that, but it’s all good, all the way around, it’s all good.

PEYTON REED NEGOCIANDO PARA DIRIGIR LA SECUELA DE ANT-MAN
Yo confío en que no dejen de ficharlo pues lo mejor de Ant-Man es que tenía un enfoque y tono muy personal, y así ha de ser para seguir teniendo éxito.
Aprovechamos para decir que la película ha acabado siendo uno de los mayores éxitos de Marvel en el mercado chino.
Marvel parece decidida a desarrollar personajes específicos para ese mercado.

¡¡ANT-MAN & THE WASP, MARVEL ANUNCIA LA SECUELA POR SORPRESA!!
Y dan una fecha del 6 de julio de 2018.
Para ello han atrasado unos meses las películas de Black Panther y Captain Marvel, se comenta que quizás para conseguir ciertos directores o protagonistas para ellas.
Lo realmente importante es que aquí Marvel Studios está entrando ya en TERRITORIO VIRGEN: Esto es, poco más hay que contar de estos dos personajes que no se haya contado ya en la primera.
¿Que clase de estructura y concepto habrán desarrollado para que la película funcione por si sola y dentro del Universo Marvel...?
En definitiva, parece que Ant-Man va a durar más largo que "el Sabor del Mes"... ;-)

ANT-MAN YA HA RECAUDADO MÁS QUE LA PELI DE CAPITÁN AMÉRICA
Eso solo en los U.S.A., que en el extranjero aún está por estrenarse en China, por lo que escalará aún más puestos.

LOS DIMINUTOS SECRETOS DE ANT-MAN (IV): YELLOWJACKET Y HOPE VAN DYNE
Terminamos esta serie de artículos tratando a la hija del Doctor Pym, futura Avispa II y al villano de la cinta, que en realidad es una reinvención bastante original para la película.
En cuanto a Hope Van Dyne, ya sabéis que Hank y Jan nunca llegaron a tener hijos en los cómics, al menos en el Universo Marvel oficial.
Pero en el futuro alternativo de M2, el que inaugurase Spider-girl "Mayday" Parker, los A-Next, los Vengadores del futuro, encontraron a sus propias némesis en los Revengers.
Entre ellos estaba Red Queen, Hope Van Dyne, hija de Henry Pym y la Avispa, que había salido la oveja negra de la familia.
Regresaría para enfrentarse a American Dream.
Creo que es el primer caso en que un personaje de un mundo alternativo es integrado en el universo Marvel oficial del cine.
Pasando ya a Yellowjacket, el villano de la cinta, ya hemos establecido que comenzó como una doble personalidad de Henry Pym que buscaba así hacerse más atractivo para la Avispa.
Como comentamos un Pym ya "curado" regresaría a ser Yellowjacket en la que en resumen fue su etapa más estable.
Sin embargo el personaje tuvo un simpático regreso durante Avengers Forever, donde quedó clara la diferencia entre ambas versiones, la normal y la alterada, de la personalidad de Pym.
Pero, con Pym abandonando una tras otra sus identidades, si que existió una versión "malvada", aunque femenina, de Yellowjacket, con un origen muy similar al de Scott Lang.
Si el robó el traje de Ant-Man, Rita DeMara se hizo con el de Yellowjacket. Con el se unió a los Masters of Evil y al ataque a la Mansión de los Vengadores por el Baron Zemo.
Posteriormente, Yellowjacket II formaría parte de una informal alineación de Vengadores dentro de la Guerra de la Evolución, iniciándose su cambio hacia el lado de los buenos.
El personaje acabó encontrándose con los Guardianes de la Galaxia y siguiéndolos a su futuro alternativos, donde acabaría uniéndose a ellos.
Allí hasta estrenaría este segundo uniforme.
Durante la saga de The Crossing, Iron Man acabó controlado por Inmortus (o eso se reveló mucho después).
Rita DeMara tuvo la mala suerte de volver al presente en ese momento, siendo recibida en la Mansión por un Iron Man que la convertiría en su primera víctima.
La pobre se redimiría un tanto en Chaos War, como parte de los Dead Avengers.
También existió un Ultimate Yellowjacket, pero este era Pym y acabaría muerto en uno de los periódicos "apocalipsis" del Universo Ultimate.
Y para terminar, Black Ant, el irredimible Eric O'Grady, tercer Antman, regresa ahora a Marvel como parte de la nueva serie de los Illuminati.
Me alegro mucho de lo populares que han sido estos artículos y os agradezco sinceramente todas las felicitaciones recibidas.
