A pesar del fracaso de su Green Lantern, Ryan Reynolds parece absolutamente dedicado a Deadpool y convencido de su éxito, además de tener las ideas tan claras como Chris Evans:
"It’s a genre. There are good horror movies and bad horror movies. There are good comedies and bad comedies. Think of it like that. Think of it less about just superheroes.
I do believe that they explore similar archetypes a lot, so I think that notion can be somewhat fatiguing, maybe. I think one of the reasons that 'Deadpool' has gained a lot of momentum isn’t just that it’s funny or isn’t just that it’s rated R. The meta aspect is very important."
"I think 'Deadpool’s' coming along at the right time. Because it’s also speaking to that generation and that group of people that have seen them all, seen all these comic-book films and enjoyed them all to varying degrees of success. But I think it’s speaking to them as though the guy in that red suit is one of them, to some degree."
Además ha sido el primer actor o miembro de Fox en reconocer el FRACASO de Fantastic Four, opinando que los protagonistas son grandes actores y se recuperarán.
Por otro lado, Rob Liefeld anuncia que disfrutaremos con la participación de Coloso en Deadpool:
"You are going to love Colossus in Deadpool. He's in it a good amount; he doesn't just walk through the movie."

La verdad que este hombre tiene historial en el tema: Hannibal King, Deadpool, Green Lantern...
Respecto al genero, pues todos tienen un alza, apogeo y caida.Pero si volvió el musical, creo que al de superheroes le queda un buen rato.
A condicion de no repetir los 4 fantasmas de Fox, que por cierto le honra a Ryan no negar la mayor como los que estan perpretando la secuela, ¡como si los espectadores tuviesen pocas a nivel de salud!
