¡MARVEL STUDIOS BUSCA SU PRIMER ACTOR ABIERTAMENTE GAY PARA THE ETERNALS!
Tras los afroamericanos y las mujeres, parece que ya le ha llegado el turno al colectivo LGTBI de reivindicarse en el Universo Marvel del cine.
La verdad es que, rubio y mazas, Ikaris es un buen candidato a tener una sexualidad alternativa, que lo alejaría de Thor, su más inmediato modelo.
Pero también puede tratarse de Starfox, el hermano de Thanos que no le hace ascos a nada en el sexo.
¡De momento, solo con este rumor, Marvel ya ha dado un nuevo objetivo a los trolls de Captain Marvel y comienzan a promocionar la película, no sabemos si de la manera más adecuada a su tema!

Un proyecto que tiene muy ilusionados a los aficionados, máxime viendo la buena marcha de Discovery!
The destruction of the Romulan Empire in the Prime Timeline -- in which the series is set -- will weigh heavily on Patrick Stewart's Picard. Additionally, the story will picks up 20 years after the end of Star Trek: The Next Generation, which has also been indicated by previous reports.
In addition to Picard, the series will feature seven characters: Connie, Lawrence, Starton, Dr. Smith, K'Bar, Indira and Alana. Connie is described as an African-American woman in her early 30s. She lost her husband and has a death warrant on her head from her home planet. She is also a mercenary pilot. Lawrence is also in his 30s and is described as someone with a "dodgy moral compass."
The character, who is a thief, will pilot the ship Picard takes on his mission. The breakdown hints that he might not be trustworthy. Starton is "terrified of space" and specializes in "positronic brains." He is interested in the research part of Picard's mission. He is, like his three compatriots, in his early 30s. Lawrence and Starton are said to be of "any ethnicity."
The other four characters are described as follows. Dr. Smith is a hologram who helps the crew and is programmed to constantly learn but never to become "too self-aware." He may be an upgrade to the series' Emergency Medical Holograms. Another character is K'Bar, a 17-year-old Romulan martial artist who is extremely devoted to Picard.
The final two characters are Indira, a smart but socially inept woman in her early 20s, and Alana, a former intelligence officer with an abusive personality in her mid-40s to 5os. Alana, Indira and Dr. Smith are described as being of "any ethnicity," while that isn't specified for K'Bar.

LAS CRÓNICAS DE CONAN Nº 29
La primero a destacar de esta recopilación es la gran cantidad de autores que intervienen en ella, pues esta formada mayormente por historias de uno o dos episodios.
Entre los guionistas encontramos principalmente a Gerry Conway, pero también a Larry Hama y Michael Fleisher.
Entre los dibujantes, hay cositas de Alfredo Alcalá, José Delbo, pero también Mark Texeira o Ron Lim dando sus primeros pasitos en la industria.
Las historias no son muy memorables, destacando quizás la que narra las aventuras del padre y abuelo de Conan.

DARK PHOENIX: POR QUÉ SERÁ LA PEOR PELÍCULA DE X-MEN
El trailer, que no aporta nada nuevo a lo que ya se vio en la anterior versión, ha desatado una BRUTAL OLA DE CRÍTICAS.
Y aquí analizan las razones de lo que será un fracaso anunciado.
Muy interesante las conclusiones que sacan sobre que Magneto está tan USADO Y ABUSADO que probablemente tarde en aparecer en la nueva versión de Marvel Studios.

Bueno, lo expresan muy dulcificadamente, pero parece que se dan por aludidos:
The second film didn’t perform as well as the first, but I think we know what we need to do to get the third film hopefully even better than the first one.
And J.K. Rowling is really working hard now on that third script, and we’re going to get it right. She has an incredible vision of where she wants to go with this that is incredibly exciting.
The hardest part of the franchise is you have such a big core fan base. That fan base really knows the lore and they want to go deep into these characters.
But what you don’t want to do is intimidate people.
You want to be able to create a stand-alone movie that’s enjoyable for someone who isn’t steeped in the lore.

Mientras tanto, no tienen mucho que hacer y continúan, al menos por un número la serie de cómic original con algunos de sus autores clásicos, como Simonson.

BATMAN: ¿QUIEN SERÁ EL PRÓXIMO BATMAN?
Siguen apareciendo actores que se presentan como posibles candidatos, y muchos de ellos reflejados en estos fanarts.
SOMBRAS EN LA TUMBA, DE RICHARD CORBEN
Corben ha sabido reciclarse en un magnífico narrador de historias de terror, que llena de oscuras sombras y seres deformes.
Inspirado por Poe y Lovecraft, de quien llega a adaptar alguna de sus historias de manera más o menos libre.
En esta ocasión le da la forma de las historias cortas de las revistas de Warren, incluyendo su peculiar narrador y la inevitable sorpresa final.
Por más que el formato esté explotado, os aseguro que es un placer leer cada una de ellas, reflejando especialmente bien los terrores puramente americanos, los de la America interior en concreto.
Como complemento figuran una historia dividida en capítulos en donde el autor se sumerge en el terreno de la Grecia mítica, creando su propio héroe que no tiene en los cíclopes a sus mayores enemigos, sino en las tramas palaciegas de las que luego deberá tomar venganza.
Un tomo que no debéis dejar pasar por que es de los que te hace aficionarte a un autor.
