If you really analyze the comic book version of Superman, he’s killed, he’s done all the things– I guess the rules that people associate with Superman in the movie world are not the rules that really apply to him in the comic book world, because those rules are different. He’s done all the things and more that we’ve shown him doing, right? It’s just funny to see people really taking it personally… because I made him real, you know, I made him feel, or made consequences [in] the world.
I felt like, it was the same thing in Watchmen. We really wanted to show it wasn’t just like they thought, like the PG-13 version where everyone just gets up and they’re fine. I really wanted to show the violence is real, people get killed or get hurt, and it’s not fun or funny. And I guess for me, it was like I wanted a hero in Superman that was a real hero and sort of reflected the world we live in now…”
Vamos a ver, Zack:
1. Si, existen dos o tres comics, de los miles publicados, en los que Superman mata. Cómics mal hechos, cómics malos, comics hechos por personas que no comprenden al personaje, COMO TU PELÍCULA.
2. No se de qué te sorprendes cuando la gente mantiene que la versión VERDADERA, más acertada de Superman es la de Christopher Reeve.
¡¡¡PERO SI HASTA TU PELÍCULA ESTÁ BASADA EN EL 95% EN LAS DE DONNER, HOMBRE!!!
Primero haz algo ORIGINAL, correcto, y luego ya hablas. Y deja ya el temita de la ejecución de Zod, que vas a arruinar las pocas ganas que tenemos de ver la siguiente.
¡Con estas cabezas, qué películas van a salir...!

A ver que Superman / Batman. ¿Seran capaces de cargarse 2 franquicias de una sola película?.Espero que no, pero...
Dios, con Didio y co. a cargo por un lado y este tío por otro, ¿Warner/DC de verdad se están planteado llegarle siquiera a la ingle a Marvel? Es que no hay por donde coger las declaraciones que ambos hacen, hinchadas de una soberbia atroz, sin una gota de autocrítica y, por supuesto, vendiendo PURO HUMO.
Ya ni me pregunto cuándo saldrá la bendita Batman/Superman. Me sorprendería si es que al menos llegan a revelar el título de la peli este año.
Y me encanta la definición de "héroe" que tiene Snyder (que supongo también será la de Nolan y Goyer). Claro, un "héroe real, serio, maduro y profundo" es un tipo traumatizado que no puede hacer nada por si solo (necesitando la manita de Alfred/Fox/Jor-el a cada rato), al que se la suda todo en medio de su pelea con el malo (gracias Zack por mostrarme a un SUPERMAN GENOCIDA) y que contradice su propia moral/código personal producto de los aprendizajes de su juventud según le salga del culo (a él y al guionista). Vaya actualización, modernización, MEJORA de los antiguos modelos.
